Collaboration Carpanelli and MAK Aandrijvingen: standard electric motor modified into a unique unit.

Together with Carpanelli, MAK Aandrijvingen modified a standard electric motor into a unique unit. This request came from a customer’s special application, where overloading from improper use is a risk. This custom solution prevents overloading.

Specifically for this customer, Carpanelli conducted several tests in order to develop an optimal electric motor: the solution was found in a switch on the terminal box that allows the drive to be manually switched on and off.

MAK combined this special motor with a Motovario special, an NMRV040 worm gearbox with a specific hollow shaft.

This customer-specific product, with proven quality for industrial application, guarantees a long service life.
