A large portion of the standard stock items supplied by MAK are processed internally and adapted to the customer's specifications. MAK has well-equipped facilities for chain assembly, cutting and welding of toothed belts and for the assembly of motor gearboxes; work carried out by skilled mechanical engineers. By means of CNC-controlled machines, the machining department is able to carry out specific machining operations on sprockets, gears and pulleys.

 

Produced in Asia

 

MAK has been working for decades with several established partners in Asia for the production of special sprockets, gears, toothed belt pulleys and other mechanical drive components. Our partner ZGC plays an important role in the assessment and selection of our Asian partners. ZGC manages the logistics process and takes care of quality control, packaging and shipping.
