Paint systems

Gearboxes supplied by MAK Aandrijvingen can be finished with paint systems that comply with the European rust-corrosion scale no. R.E.2.8 and ISO norm 12944. Due to the combination of a strong sealing and anti-corrosion two-component primer with an equally anti-corrosion two-component top coat, our drives are highly resistant to mechanical and chemical stress. The degree of corrosion protection is derived from the paint systems MK-1 / MK-WD-Maritiem with European rust-corrosion scale no. R.E.2.8 and ISO standard 12944. The color retention of the topcoat and thus the aesthetic value of the drive is guaranteed.

Washdown aandrijving

In addition, we can make a drive completely washdown. Extra attention is paid to the density of the motor IP66 in addition to the paint system and all moving parts are made of stainless steel.
